Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026 · Reinstate Desk, United Arab Emirates · help@reinstatedesk.com
This policy explains what information Reinstate Desk collects when you use reinstatedesk.com or engage us for an Amazon appeal, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Reinstate Desk is an independent Amazon account reinstatement and appeals practice operating from the United Arab Emirates. For any question about this policy or your data, contact help@reinstatedesk.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through the case review form: your name, email address, store or brand name, marketplace, enforcement type, case stage and the notification text you paste.
- Case documents you send us after engaging, which may include supplier invoices, purchase orders, business registration documents, identity documents, utility bills, bank confirmation letters and prior correspondence with Amazon.
- Correspondence by email or WhatsApp relating to your case.
- Basic technical data collected by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, in standard server logs.
We do not ask for and will never accept your Amazon Seller Central password.
Why we collect it
- To assess your case and provide the free written review.
- To prepare, submit and follow up on your appeal.
- To communicate with you about your case, invoices and payments.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary to deliver the service:
- Amazon, when submitting your appeal and supporting documents on your instruction.
- Rights owners or brand representatives, where a retraction request forms part of your case and you have approved that approach.
- Service providers that operate our website form, email and file storage. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
We do not share your documents with other clients, agencies or third parties for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Case files for completed engagements are retained for up to 5 years so that we can assist with any follow-up enforcement, and because financial records must be kept for statutory periods. You may ask us to delete your case file sooner and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.
Security
Documents are stored in access-controlled storage and shared only with the team member handling your case. Transmission to and from this website is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through unsecured channels if you have been asked not to.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Stop using your data for anything other than an active case.
- Sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send us anything.
Email help@reinstatedesk.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. If we later add analytics, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting active clients will be notified by email.
